One of the major bakeries who service the eastern US use to make a loaf called breakfast bread. So I started out calling my sweet loaves morning bread. After having to explain why so many times I changed the name. Besides most of my customers confessed they eat it all day and I do too. It is the only sweet product I have eaten with coffee that does not change the taste of the coffee. It just enhances the coffee flavor. The loaf itself is not sweet, just that glorious icing.
