I started baking my own bread when it became increasingly difficult to find the good sourdough bread that Henry and I shopped for. Over the years and with much experimenting I developed the recipes I use today. Our friends and associates began to request bread and pies for themselves, and my passion grew into a full time business.
I have a philosophy about how I do things. I don't cut corners when I buy ingredients for my products, I could spend less and put a little more money in my pocket, but it would take away the quality I try so hard to put in my products. The old saying "You get what you pay for" holds very true when it comes to baking. It is our desire to bring you the very best product for your total enjoyment.
