Joan's Sourdough Bread

Chunks of fresh juicy apple baked in each loaf gives this bread a moist and flavorful taste. It's topped with a light sweet glaze and makes any coffee taste good..

Ingredients: Flour ( unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid ), granulated sugar, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon, yeast, potato flakes, canola oil, apples and water.

We do not add any additional preservatives to our bread.

Note: Our bread is Appalachia style sourdough. It has a soft texture and a slightly sweet taste. It is not San Francisco style sourdough.
