Joan's Sourdough Bread

Oh! What incredible eating......a two fisted roll made with sweet creamy butter, lots of raisins and cinnamon and brown sugar too. You better not plan to eat just one.

Ingredients: Flour ( unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid ), granulated sugar, salt, yeast, potato flakes, canola oil, water, cinnamon, brown sugar, butter, and raisins.

We do not add any additional preservatives to our bread.

Cinnamon raisin rolls are shipped in packages of 4 rolls.

Note: Our bread is Appalachia style sourdough. It has a soft texture and a slightly sweet taste. It is not San Francisco sourdough.
