Joan's Sourdough Bread

Our plain sourdough is also available as rolls and can be enjoyed any time of the day. For hot rolls: Preheat oven to 350 degrees------place rolls on baking sheet----bake for 15 minutes and then serve to your family and guests the best rolls they will ever eat.

One order contains eight rolls, or you can choose to have 12 rolls to the package, same weight and price..

Ingredients: Flour ( unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid ), granulated sugar, salt, yeast, potato flakes, canola oil, and water.

We do not add any additional preservatives to our bread.

Note: Our bread is Appalachia style sourdough. It has a soft texture and a slightly sweet taste. It is not San Francisco style sourdough.
