Joan's Sourdough Bread

This is the perfect opportunity to eat brown bread and relish every morsel. We use stone ground whole wheat flour and unbleached bread flour which gives our wheat bread a nice soft texture. It is good for you and the best part is that it will be good to you. This is our second easiest mix to do. It makes 2 loaves, 24 dinner rolls or 12 sandwich buns. But it doesn't make our famous cinnamon raisin rolls. It is still a winner. Comes with complete instructions.
