This is my favorite for making sandwich buns. I love it for burgers, plain cheese toast or a less than dainty deli sandwich. How about this: roast beef, smoked turkey and pastrami with smoked provolone cheese in between each layer of meat. Warm this on the grill or in the microwave until the cheese starts to melt. Have your bun sliced and warming on the grill or in the toaster. When warm spread mayo on both sides or to your liking. Put the meat and cheese stack on the bun, top with tomato, red sweet onion and lettuce. You have a dream sandwich. For the mix you add a little water, oil, 1 large jalapeno (if you want it hotter add cayenne pepper) and a little grated cheddar.
