A perfect blend of unbleached and stone ground whole wheat flours gives this loaf a rich and satisfying taste. Stone ground flour is more nutritious and you can definitely tell the difference in our bread.
Ingredients: Flour ( unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid ) whole wheat flour ( 100% whole grain stone ground whole wheat flour), granulated sugar, salt, yeast, potato flakes, canola oil, and water.
We do not add any additional preservatives to our bread.
Note: Our bread is Appalachia style sourdough. It has a soft texture and a slighty sweet taste. It is not San Francisco sourdough.
